Workshop

Slow Food in Fast Times:  Dutch Oven 101, Demonstration and Tasting

Saturday, October 13, 2 p.m., Farr Library

Tour a vintage trailer or two as a backdrop for Dutch oven cooking over coals in the parking lot of Farr Library. Workshop will cover how to buy the right equipment, caring for cast iron, and recipes for one pot meals. There will also be an overview of Slow Food.
